This livestream first reviewed the crypto market’s rebound after a sharp sell-off. Baize noted that although BTC and ETH showed a short-term recovery, the market remains highly volatile, and a rebound does not mean the trend has reversed. Traders should first confirm whether key support remains valid, then watch whether price can break through and hold above overhead resistance, rather than chasing moves before direction is confirmed.

BTC Market Analysis

BTC previously experienced a sharp decline before rebounding from the lows. Price remains capped by a descending trend line and the previous high-volume trading zone, so the short-term structure is better viewed as a recovery after the sell-off. If a pullback holds the prior low and core support zone, followed by a renewed break of nearby resistance, the rebound may continue. If the rebound loses momentum and support breaks again, the market may retest the lows.

For execution, treat support and resistance as conditions rather than predicting a one-way move. Aggressive traders may look for small long positions after support is confirmed, with stops below the structural low. Conservative traders can wait for a break of the descending trend line and a successful retest before following. If price rebounds into strong resistance and shows high-volume stagnation or a clear reversal pattern, reduce exposure promptly and avoid chasing.

ETH Market Analysis

ETH remains highly correlated with BTC and has also staged a technical rebound after a sharp decline. Price has shown signs of short-term stabilization, but multiple resistance levels remain overhead, so the rebound may stay choppy. To judge whether ETH can strengthen further, watch whether higher lows continue to form and whether price can reclaim the key platform lost during the previous decline.

ETH is better approached after a confirmed pullback to support. If the pullback holds and a bottoming pattern appears, traders may scale into the rebound. If key support fails, risk control should take priority while waiting for a new base to form. Because ETH moves quickly, position size and leverage should remain below normal levels, with the stop defined before entry.

Key SOL Support Opportunity

SOL remains under clear downside pressure and has repeatedly been rejected by the descending trend line. In the short term, focus on whether buyers step in around the prior low and horizontal support zone. If support holds and price forms a bullish reversal, a volume-backed breakout or a higher low, a rebound opportunity may develop. If support breaks and price cannot quickly recover, the rebound thesis is invalid and traders should avoid countertrend bottom-fishing.

The key to trading SOL is to wait for confirmation rather than entering simply because price has fallen sharply. Rebound targets may be assessed in sequence at the descending trend line, the previous platform and the overhead high-volume zone. Scale out at resistance and raise the protective stop as price advances.

High-Volatility ZEC Trading Approach

ZEC has recently been highly volatile, magnifying both opportunity and risk. The livestream emphasized that strong coins often experience violent pullbacks after rapid rallies, so traders should not chase after consecutive gains. A more disciplined approach is to wait for price to pull back to key support and confirm demand before considering a trend-following position. If the high-level structure breaks down, exit promptly rather than allowing a short-term trade to become a long-term loss.

For ZEC, strength can be judged by combining the prior high, the pullback low and the trend line. If price holds the pullback low and strengthens again, the bullish structure may continue. A break below the key low would signal that the short-term trend is weakening. Use small positions, clearly defined stops and scaled profit-taking to reduce drawdowns caused by high volatility.

Managing HYPE After a Strong Breakout

The key question for HYPE is whether the breakout can hold. If price breaks above prior resistance, consolidates above it and receives support on the retest, the strong structure may continue. If price quickly falls back into the original range, beware of a false breakout. Existing holders should lock in profits progressively as price rises. Traders without a position should avoid chasing a vertical move and instead wait for a confirmed retest before reassessing the risk-reward ratio.

Trade Execution and Risk Management

The livestream repeatedly emphasized that the goal in the current market is not to guess the exact bottom, but to build conditional plans around key levels. Before entering, define the trigger, stop, target zone and position size. If price action fails to match the thesis, execute the stop instead of averaging down as a substitute for risk control.

During a sharp sell-off and rebound, reduce leverage, scale entries and exits, and prioritize assets with clear structures and strong liquidity. BTC and ETH determine the market’s overall risk appetite, while high-volatility assets such as SOL, ZEC and HYPE are better traded after the broader market stabilizes. If BTC breaks key support again, altcoins will usually amplify the decline, so every long plan must include an invalidation condition.

Summary

The core theme of this session is “confirming the rebound after the sharp sell-off.” BTC and ETH need to prove that key support can hold and descending resistance can be broken. SOL requires clear demand to emerge in its support zone. ZEC and HYPE should be traded primarily through confirmed post-breakout retests and strict risk control. When volatility is high, waiting patiently for high-conviction signals is more important than trading frequently.
