This livestream focused on the consolidation structure that followed the crypto market pullback. Starting with the short- and medium-term BTC structure, Mr. Baize combined trendlines, moving averages, previous high-volume trading zones, and support-resistance conversion to explain why prices often enter a prolonged tug-of-war after a rapid rebound. The key is not simply to predict whether the market will rise or fall, but to confirm whether price can stabilize in critical areas and to prepare trading plans for different scenarios in advance.

For BTC, the livestream first reviewed the earlier decline, rebound, and subsequent retest. Although the short-term structure has recovered, overhead supply from previous trapped positions and structural resistance remains, making the risk-reward profile of chasing the rally unattractive. If price can hold key support during a pullback and then form a higher low, a volume-backed breakout, or a successful post-breakout retest, the bullish structure may extend. If the rebound fails to hold above resistance and price later breaks below the pullback low, traders should guard against renewed weakness. The preferred approach is to wait for confirmation and avoid frequent entries near the middle of the range.

Within the medium-term structure, the main BTC focus is the confluence between moving averages and horizontal support. Reclaiming a moving average does not mean the trend has fully reversed; traders still need to see whether buyers step in during the retest and whether rebound highs continue to rise. Traders already holding long positions may gradually raise their protective stops according to structural lows. Those who have not entered are better served by waiting for a confirmed pullback or a valid breakout instead of chasing after an extended advance.

ETH remains broadly influenced by the direction of BTC, although its relative strength and timing may differ. To judge whether ETH can sustain an independent move, traders should closely monitor its reaction near key support and whether rebound volume and the high-point structure improve together. If ETH holds the pullback and reclaims short-term resistance, further upside recovery may remain in play. If it underperforms BTC and loses support first, exposure should be reduced to avoid mistaking a short-term rebound for a genuine trend reversal.

The livestream also emphasized scenario-based trading. In the first scenario, price holds support and breaks upward; traders may wait for a confirmed post-breakout retest before following the move. In the second scenario, price is rejected at resistance and returns inside the range; the market should be treated as consolidation, with opportunities sought near support and exposure controlled near resistance. In the third scenario, key support is decisively broken; the previous bullish thesis should be suspended until a new structure forms. Every trading plan should specify entry conditions, invalidation conditions, and exit rules.

For higher-volatility major assets such as SOL, the livestream recommended first determining whether key support overlaps with a previous breakout level, trendline, or high-volume trading zone. If clear buying support appears after the retest, a rebound opportunity may develop. If price breaks support and cannot reclaim it quickly, the previous bullish structure may be invalidated. High-volatility assets should not be chased during sharp rallies. Position sizes should be smaller than those used for BTC and ETH, with risk controlled through staggered entries and clearly defined stops.

For high-volatility assets such as ZEC, HYPE, and SNDK, the priority is not to predict an extreme upside target but to identify structure and manage risk. Strong assets can experience rapid drawdowns after consecutive gains, and traders who chase highs face substantial giveback risk. Pullback trades should wait until price approaches valid support and shows signs of stabilization. If an asset has already broken its trend structure, a large decline alone is not a sufficient reason to buy the dip. Traders should also monitor volume changes, previous highs and lows, and whether price can hold after a breakout.

Regarding breakout trades, Mr. Baize noted that a brief move above resistance does not constitute a valid breakout. A valid breakout generally requires a firm close above the level, support from trading volume, and the ability to hold the former resistance during a retest. If price quickly falls back into the range after the breakout, traders should be alert to a false breakout and reduce exposure or stop out according to plan. During wick-driven and fast-moving conditions, do not widen stops at the last minute or add repeatedly without confirmation.

Position management was another recurring focus of the livestream. In a consolidating market, traders should reduce risk per trade and avoid committing their full position to one direction. Crypto assets are often highly correlated, so holding several long positions does not necessarily provide genuine diversification. Positions can be divided into a starter position, a confirmation position, and a trend position. Exposure should be increased only when price develops as expected, and positions should be exited according to predefined rules when the setup is invalidated.

A stop-loss should be placed where the trading thesis becomes invalid, rather than at an arbitrary level based only on the amount of loss a trader is willing to accept. If the trade is based on a rebound from support, a decisive break below that support requires reassessment. If the trade is based on breakout continuation, a return into the former range should raise the risk of a false breakout. Profit-taking can be staggered: part of the position may be realized near a previous high or major resistance, while the remainder follows the trend with a trailing protective stop.

The livestream concluded by reminding traders that pullback and consolidation phases are especially prone to repeated directional changes. Attention should remain on structural confirmation, key levels, and risk-reward rather than on emotions triggered by short-term price swings. When no signal meets the plan, waiting is itself a trading decision. Every strategy should be aligned with the trader’s own risk tolerance, with strict control over leverage and position size.
