Market Overview

The central question in this livestream was whether the rebound after the sharp sell-off could develop into a renewed trend, and how positions should be managed between key support and resistance at the lower edge of the previous range. Zeyu began with the higher-timeframe structures of BTC and ETH, then moved on to high-volatility assets such as BCH, BSV, and API3. The overall approach was not to chase the rebound, but to first confirm whether price could reclaim the lost area and then decide on participation based on the quality of the subsequent retest.

The market remained highly volatile. Although major cryptocurrencies had begun to recover after the rapid decline, trapped supply and the lower boundary of the previous range continued to create overhead pressure. Short-term trading should prioritize key levels, entry confirmation, and stop-loss discipline. If price delivers only a technical bounce without reclaiming the key structure, another pullback must still be considered.

BTC Market Structure and Trading Approach

BTC pulled back sharply after the previous advance, followed by a rapid downside probe and a rebound. In the livestream, price had returned to the area around $83,000, but it was still capped by the preceding bearish structure and a dense trading zone. The rebound showed that buyers were present at lower levels, although the strength of that demand was not yet sufficient to confirm a trend reversal.

The key is whether the rebound can continue and hold above the previously lost area. If price reclaims the main resistance and holds it on a retest, the conditions for a broader recovery would improve. If price rallies and then falls back below resistance, the move would be closer to a weak relief bounce, leaving room for another test of lower support.

For long positions, the more conservative approach is to wait for breakout confirmation and then participate on the retest instead of chasing price near resistance. For short positions, traders should avoid selling directly into the lows after a sharp decline and instead wait for the rebound to reach resistance and show signs of weakening. In either direction, the invalidation point should sit outside the structure, and repeated trades in the middle of the range should be avoided.

ETH Market Structure and Trading Approach

ETH experienced the same high-level pullback as BTC, but its overall recovery was weaker. During the livestream, price rebounded in the $2,500-$2,600 area but had not fully escaped the pressure from the lower edge of the previous range and the preceding decline. The short-term move in ETH was better viewed as an oversold recovery, and a genuine shift in strength still depended on whether the key area could be reclaimed.

If ETH maintains higher lows on the retest and regains the overhead resistance, the rebound could open further upside. If momentum remains weak and the structure rolls over again, another test of the previous low should be expected. Traders should reduce leverage, avoid chasing rallies, and wait for clear confirmation at support or a visible loss of strength near resistance.

The relative strength of BTC and ETH should also be monitored. If BTC remains stable while ETH continues to lag, market risk appetite is still limited. If ETH can catch up and reclaim the key structure, broader rotation into altcoins becomes more likely.

High-Volatility Opportunities in BCH and BSV

BCH entered a clear pullback after its earlier rapid advance, retracing from the highs toward the $300 area. A decline after a large rally should not automatically be treated as a bargain. Traders must first determine whether selling pressure has been exhausted and whether price can form a bottom around an important retracement zone. If price stabilizes on volume, stops making lower lows, and reclaims short-term resistance, a recovery can be considered. If support continues to fail, averaging down against the trend should be avoided.

BSV also displayed high volatility and traded near $75 during the livestream. The earlier sharp decline and fast rebound reflected strong disagreement between buyers and sellers, making false breakouts and long wicks more likely. Positions in this type of asset should be smaller, stops should be defined in advance, and trades should be placed near clear support or resistance rather than in the middle of the move.

BCH and BSV share strong price elasticity but inconsistent follow-through. If major cryptocurrencies cannot remain stable, these high-volatility assets may amplify the broader market decline. If the majors stabilize and capital begins to rotate, traders can look for short-term opportunities with clearly defined structures.

API3 and Other Altcoins

API3 was relatively active in the latter part of the livestream, trading around $0.87 and testing a short-term high. When an asset suddenly strengthens, the focus should not be on chasing a single large bullish candle but on the follow-through after the breakout. If the retest holds the key level and volume expands again, the strong structure remains intact. If price quickly falls back below the breakout level, traders should be alert to a false breakout.

Other altcoins should be evaluated in the context of the major cryptocurrencies. If BTC and ETH remain near resistance, even an independent altcoin rally is better treated as a short-term trade. Altcoin rotation becomes more sustainable only after the majors confirm stabilization and overall trading activity improves.

Trade Execution and Risk Control

First, determine whether the market is trending, rebounding, or ranging, and then choose the appropriate strategy. In a trending market, wait for a pullback in the direction of the trend. In a range, look for opportunities near the boundaries and avoid repeatedly opening positions in the middle.

Second, every trading plan should include entry conditions, invalidation conditions, and staged profit-taking. In a highly volatile market, even a correct directional view can be undermined by excessive position size or an overly tight stop. Position management is therefore more important than predicting a single price level.

Third, the first rebound after a sharp decline usually carries substantial uncertainty. Until the key structure is reclaimed, it should be treated as a recovery move. Only after price confirms that it can hold should expectations for continuation be increased.

Fourth, high-volatility assets such as BCH, BSV, and API3 should be traded with smaller positions. Avoid holding several highly correlated directional positions at the same time, as this can concentrate risk during a broad market pullback.

Summary

The livestream concluded that BTC and ETH were in a rebound-and-recovery phase after the sharp decline. The key question was whether they could regain and hold the previously lost area. If the rebound fails to break and hold above resistance, the market may retest lower support. If a breakout is followed by a successful retest, expectations for continued recovery can be raised gradually.

BCH, BSV, and API3 offered strong short-term volatility, but they also carried greater risks of false breakouts and rapid reversals. Traders should wait for confirmation, keep positions small, use strict stops, and adjust expectations in line with the direction of the major cryptocurrencies.
