Maintenance Scope

This maintenance mainly includes upgrades to the core trading system, system performance optimization, and related infrastructure maintenance, with the aim of further improving the overall stability and security of the KTX platform.

Service Impact

During the maintenance period, spot trading, futures trading, and other related services on KTX will be temporarily unavailable. Services will be gradually restored after the maintenance is completed and the system has been checked and confirmed to be operating normally.

The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour. The actual service restoration time will depend on the maintenance progress. If the maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, KTX will restore platform services as soon as possible.

Statement Regarding Losses During Maintenance

If a user incurs a loss directly caused by this platform maintenance, and the loss is verified and confirmed by KTX to have resulted from the maintenance, the relevant loss will be borne by KTX.
