If you encounter network errors, page loading failures, outdated market data, or unresponsive operations while using the KTX APP, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Switch Network Routes

If your network connection is normal but the KTX APP still shows a network error, try switching to another network route:

  1. Open the KTX APP and tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Go to Preferences.
  3. Select Route Selection.
  4. Check the available routes and select one with lower latency.
  5. Return to the APP and try the operation again.

We recommend prioritizing a route with lower latency and a more stable network connection.

2. Check Your Network Connection

Please make sure your device is connected to a stable network.

  • If you are using Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data.
  • If you are using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi.
  • Open another app or website to check whether your current network is working properly.

3. Check APP Network Permissions

If you experience network issues after installing or updating the KTX APP, please check whether the APP has been granted permission to access the network.

Some mobile devices have built-in System Manager, Security Center, or Network Management features that may restrict an APP's network access.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open your phone's System Manager / Security Center / Network Management settings.
  2. Find KTX APP in the app list.
  3. Check whether KTX is allowed to use Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.
  4. If network access is restricted, disable the restriction or enable network access for KTX.
  5. Reopen the KTX APP and try again.

Note: The name and location of these settings may vary depending on your device model and operating system.

4. Reconnect to the Network

If the network connection appears unstable, turn off Wi-Fi or mobile data, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on and reopen the KTX APP.

5. Check the APP Version

Make sure you are using the latest version of the KTX APP. If your APP version is outdated, update it to the latest version and try again.

6. Check VPN or Proxy Settings

If you are using a VPN, proxy, or other network acceleration tools, they may affect the APP's network connection.

Try temporarily disabling these services and then reopen the KTX APP.

7. Restart the KTX APP

Completely close the KTX APP and reopen it.

If the APP is still running in the background, close it from the recent apps list before restarting it.

8. If the Issue Persists

If the network issue remains after completing the above steps, please contact KTX Official Support and provide the following information:

  • Screenshot or screen recording of the network error
  • The specific operation where the issue occurred
  • Time when the issue occurred
  • KTX APP version
  • Device model and operating system version
  • Current network type (Wi-Fi / Mobile Data)

Our support team will further investigate the issue based on the information provided.

Tip: If only certain features are affected while other functions work normally, please specify the affected feature when contacting support. This will help us identify the issue more efficiently.
