To provide users with more options for on-chain asset transfers and improve deposit and withdrawal efficiency, KTX now officially supports USDT and USDG deposits and withdrawals on the X Layer network.
Supported Assets & Network
- USDT (X Layer): Deposits and withdrawals are now available
- USDG (X Layer): Deposits and withdrawals are now available
When making a deposit or withdrawal, select the “X Layer” network on the corresponding asset page to obtain a deposit address or initiate a withdrawal.
Important Risk Notice
- Always verify the network. When depositing or withdrawing, select the X Layer network and ensure that the sending and receiving sides use the same network. Selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of assets.
- Verify the asset and contract information. Do not transfer assets from other networks or unsupported assets to the corresponding address, as this may result in asset loss.
- Check the minimum deposit amount. Please refer to the minimum deposit amount displayed on the page. Deposits below the minimum amount may not be credited.
- On-chain confirmation is required. Deposits will be credited after the required blockchain confirmations are completed. Withdrawals also require on-chain confirmation after submission. You can use the TxHash to check the transaction status on the corresponding block explorer.
If you encounter any issues with deposits or withdrawals, please provide your TxHash, transfer address, deposit/withdrawal amount, and other relevant information when contacting customer support.
