Account security verification is a "minimum cost, maximum benefit" security strategy. It uses technical means to compensate for human weaknesses and system vulnerabilities, serving both as a protection of users' rights and interests and a reflection of the platform's social responsibility. In the digital age, as the cost of cyberattacks decreases and their frequency increases, security verification has become a "standard" protective measure for personal accounts and enterprise systems.
How to enhance account security verification?
Visit the KTX official website, click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page—Settings, and switch to the Security Settings page.
1、Set a high-strength password to enhance security.
A strong password is the first core line of defense for account security. A high-strength password = multiple character types + sufficient length + uniqueness + regular updates, helping you build a solid security barrier for your account from the source. To effectively resist brute-force attacks and malicious intrusions, follow these setting principles:
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters (e.g., A/a), numbers (e.g., 1/9), and special symbols (e.g., !/@/#). Avoid using a single type of character.
- Example: P@ssw0rd! (contains uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)
- Password length directly affects cracking difficulty. It is recommended to set passwords between 8-20 characters (longer is safer).
- Set independent passwords for different accounts (e.g., email, payment platforms, social accounts) to avoid chain risks caused by the leakage of a single account.
- Regularly updating passwords reduces long-term exposure risks, especially if account anomalies are suspected, update immediately.
2、Google Verification(2FA)
- Google Authenticator: Generates a 6-digit numeric verification code that updates every 30 seconds, suitable for offline environments;
- Security Keys: Generates encrypted signals via physical devices, offering stronger protection against phishing attacks;
- Passkey: Based on the FIDO2 standard, allows direct login using fingerprint, facial recognition, or device unlock methods without a password.

3、Set up an Email Anti-Phishing Code
The email anti-phishing code is a unique identifier for official KTX emails. You can set up the anti-phishing code by navigating to "Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page—Settings—Email Anti-Phishing Code." Emails sent to you by the platform system will include the anti-phishing code you set.
If you have questions about the source of an email, please verify it through official channels to confirm if it is from an official email address, or contact online customer service/submit a ticket for confirmation.
Suspect security risks with your account?
Check for abnormal account logins
Go to Account Settings—Account Activity. If suspicious devices or IPs are found logged in, log out immediately.
On the APP, click the icon in the upper left corner—Account Activity. If suspicious devices or IP logins are detected, log out immediately.
If you detect any suspicious activity, you can also immediately contact KTX official customer service to verify the situation and seek assistance.
Change Login Password
If you detect abnormal login activity or unauthorized operations on your account, immediately change your login password in [Security Settings] to prevent further asset loss.
