How to conduct identity authentication on the web end?
Visit the official website at
www.ktx.com, click the "icon" in the upper right corner — "Settings" — "Identity Authentication" to enter the identity authentication page.
On this page, select your country or region in sequence, choose the type of identification document for authentication, and enter the full last name, first name, and identification number as shown on the document. After completing the input, click "Next".
According to the type of identification document, refer to the examples on the page and upload the photos of the corresponding identification document pages and the photos of holding the identification document in hand.
After completion, click "Submit" to enter the review process. The review usually takes within one working day. The review result will be displayed on the identity authentication page. If the review fails, please adjust the photos according to the reasons for the failure shown on the page and re-upload and submit them.

Launch the KTX App and enter the home page. Click the icon in the upper left corner to enter the personal center page. Select and click "Identity Authentication" — Select your nationality/region — Select the authentication type (In some countries and regions, only international passports are supported) — Next.
