Register a KTX Account on the Web End

Enter the official website of KTX (www.ktx.com) and click the [Register] button in the upper right corner.
Enter the registration email.
  • Set the login password (The login password must contain 8-20 characters, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character).
  • Confirm and re-enter the login password.
  • Invitation code (This item is optional and can be left blank).
  • Read the privacy policy and user agreement and tick the checkbox.
  • Click the register button.
If you have a Google account or an Apple ID account, you can use the corresponding account to register and log in quickly.
Log in to the registered email address, check the verification code in the inbox, fill in the verification code in the verification code input box, and click the [Confirm] button. (If you don't receive the verification code for a long time, please check the spam folder of your registered email address.)

Download the APP/Register a KTX Account

Visit the official website of KTX (www.ktx.com), hover your mouse over the download button, and scan the QR code with your mobile phone to directly download the mobile APP.

Open the KTX APP and click the [Register] button on the homepage. According to the prompts on the page:
  • Enter the registered email address.
  • Set the login password (The login password must contain 8-20 characters, including 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character).
  • Confirm and re-enter the login password for the second time.
  • Invitation code (This item is optional and you don't have to fill it in).
  • Read the privacy policy and user agreement, tick the box, and click the [Confirm] button.
  • Log in to the registered email address, check the verification code in the inbox, fill in the verification code in the verification code input box, and click the [Next] button. (If you don't receive the verification code for a long time, please check the spam folder of your registered email address).
You can directly register and log in to the account via Google or Apple ID according to different mobile devices.
