In order to effectively protect your personal privacy rights and interests, the "Account Cancellation" function has now been launched in the KTX application. If you have the need to cancel your account and delete your personal information, you can follow these steps:
Open the KTX App, and click "Personal Information in the upper left corner" - "Security Settings" - "Cancel Account" in sequence, then you can find the entrance for account cancellation.
It is particularly reminded that once the KTX account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Before you perform the operation, please be sure to back up the account-related billing records, important data, and handle the assets by yourself. After the account is deleted, you will face the following irreversible impacts:
You will no longer be able to log in to or use the KTX account;
- Personal information and historical data within the account, such as the username, nickname, avatar, KYC certification information, transaction records, etc., cannot be retrieved;
- The recharge and withdrawal records within the account will be lost together, and KTX cannot assist in restoring these services;
- You need to ensure that the KTX property has been settled, all digital currency assets have been withdrawn or emptied, all types of services have been settled, or you clearly confirm to give up the account assets and the above-related rights and interests.
After you perform the operation of deleting personal information (account), in order to ensure the stability of the service and the need for problem troubleshooting, we will retain some information that cannot be directly associated with your personal identity, and carry out automated deletion regularly according to the established information retention period. The specific categories of information are as follows:
- User Feedback Content: If you have actively submitted pictures, videos, or problem logs when reporting problems, we will retain this content for a more in-depth analysis of the problems and to find the best solutions. Starting from the time you apply for the deletion of personal information (account), it will be retained for a period of 1 year.
- Log Information: System and abnormal logs include IP address, preferred language, operating system version, access date and time, etc. Retaining this kind of information aims to accurately identify and solve the problems you encounter during the use of the service. This kind of information will be automatically deleted after 7 days.
