What is a sub-account?

  •  A sub-account is an account under the main account. You can create sub-accounts through the main account to achieve diversified asset management.

What is the difference between a sub-account and a main account?

  • The main account has full functionality and can use all KTX features, while the sub-account is linked to the main account and only provides trading functions.

How do I create a sub-account?

  • Log in to KTX using your main account username and password. In the Personal Center dropdown menu, find the sub-account section and enter the Sub-Account Management page. Click the "Create Sub-Account" button in the top right corner and follow the steps to complete the creation.

Is there a minimum funding requirement to create a sub-account?

  • No, KTX does not require a minimum amount to create a sub-account.

How many sub-accounts can a main account have?

  • A main account can create up to 20 sub-accounts.

How many APIs can a sub-account generate?

  • A sub-account can generate up to 30 APIs.

How many whitelisted IP addresses can be added to an API?

  • Each API can have up to 5 whitelisted IP addresses.

Does KTX charge a service fee for creating and using sub-accounts?

  • No, creating and using sub-accounts is completely free.

Can sub-accounts deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds?

  • Since sub-accounts are linked to the main account, all funds are provided by the main account. Sub-accounts do not have independent deposit, withdrawal, or fund transfer functions.

How can the main account transfer funds to and from a sub-account?

  • Log in to KTX with your main account credentials. In the Personal Center, find the sub-account section and enter the Sub-Account Management page. Locate the sub-account you want to transfer funds to or from, click "Fund Transfer," select the currency, set the transfer wallet and amount, and complete two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator) to finalize the transfer.

Is there a service fee for transferring funds between the main account and sub-accounts?

  • No, KTX does not charge a fee for fund transfers between main and sub-accounts.

Which assets can be transferred to sub-accounts?

  • All currencies listed in the "Fund Transfer" dropdown menu can be transferred to sub-accounts.

How can a sub-account complete identity verification (KYC)?

  • Log in to your sub-account, go to the Personal Center dropdown menu, and navigate to "Identity Verification." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the KYC process.

How do I bind Google Authenticator to a sub-account?

  • Log in to your sub-account, go to the Personal Center dropdown menu, and navigate to "Google Authentication." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the binding process.

Can I delete a sub-account?

  • No, sub-accounts cannot be deleted, but they can be disabled. Log in to KTX with your main account credentials, enter the Sub-Account Management page, locate the sub-account, and click "Disable" to deactivate it.

Can I change the username of a sub-account?

  • No, the sub-account username is set at creation and cannot be modified.

Is there a difference in trading fees between sub-accounts and main accounts?

  • Currently, there is no difference.

Can sub-accounts receive KTX rewards and bonuses?

  • No, sub-accounts are not eligible for rewards and bonuses.

Can sub-accounts participate in KTX events?

  • Yes, sub-accounts can participate in events.

Are profits and losses calculated together for main and sub-accounts?

  • No, the profits and losses of main and sub-accounts are calculated separately
